  • Welcome to the TriCo Regional Sewer Utility Customer Portal.

  • For a one-time payment, use the "QUICK PAY" button.  This does not require you set up an account.

To create an online account, use the "Register Here" button.  You will have access to information, such as account history, payments, and billing statements.  You will also be able to update contact information and payment preferences.  **You do not need to register again if you already have an online account.**

Both options require your account number.  If you do not have your account number, please contact TriCo at (317) 844-9200 between the hours of 7:30 am to 4:00 pm. 


We accept credit card payments.  Please note there is a $2.25 transaction fee (or a 3% fee for payments over $75.00).  TriCo is not responsible for charging or collecting these fees.  

Renters in Hamilton County who have lost income due to COVID may be eligible for federal funds assistance.  Get more information on requirements at or email

Residential balanced billing has been calculated based on your 2020-2021 November to April water usage. Your bill will reflect this new average and remain the same amount until summer of 2022. Please refer to for questions regarding balanced billing.
